We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, prices, specifications, and other relevant product information.

Our products may include magnetic wallpaper systems, decorative surface panels, nano-suction films for glass, and related surface solutions.

Before purchasing, please review the product description, intended application, dimensions, surface compatibility, installation requirements, and care instructions provided.

Product colours and textures may vary slightly between photographs and physical products because of screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, or material characteristics.

Product performance depends on the selected product, the condition and preparation of the underlying surface, environmental conditions, and correct installation and use. Not every product is suitable for every wall, glass panel, substrate, or environment.

Product photographs and room illustrations may represent possible applications and are not a guarantee that every finish or installation result will be identical.

Nothing in this section limits your rights in relation to goods that are defective, misdescribed, or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

5. Pricing, GST and Taxes

The displayed product price, including any discounted or promotional price, includes applicable GST. GST will not be added again to a displayed tax-inclusive product price at checkout.

Where additional charges apply, including shipping, delivery, handling, installation, or optional services, those charges will be disclosed before you complete your order. Applicable taxes on such charges will also be included in the displayed total.

The final order summary will show the total amount payable, including applicable taxes and all disclosed charges.

Prices, product availability, and promotional offers may change from time to time. Changes will not alter the price of an order already accepted, except where an adjustment is permitted by law and handled appropriately.

Discount codes and special offers may be subject to eligibility conditions and validity periods. Applicable taxes will be reflected in your invoice.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you submit a purchase request for the selected products.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Order acceptance may be subject to payment authorisation, product availability, verification of order details, and delivery feasibility.

If we cannot fulfil an order, or a genuine pricing, inventory, payment, or technical error affects it, we will inform you and take appropriate steps, including arranging a refund where payment has been collected and a refund is due.

We will not cancel an accepted order arbitrarily. Any cancellation by RareOcto will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Please review your selected products, quantities, delivery address, and contact details before submitting an order.

7. Payments

Payments may be made using the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers, whose own terms and privacy policies may apply.

An order may not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised or confirmed, as applicable.

RareOcto will not ask you to disclose your payment password, card PIN, or one-time password directly to us. Do not share confidential payment credentials.

If a payment is debited but an order is not confirmed, contact support@rareocto.com with the transaction reference so that we can investigate.

Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our applicable policies and payment procedures.

8. Shipping, Delivery and Installation

Delivery options, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and applicable service limitations will be communicated during checkout or through the relevant product or shipping information.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by logistics operations, delivery location, weather, public disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is accessible.

Installation services, if offered, will be subject to the scope, charges, scheduling, and conditions communicated for the relevant order.

Unless expressly included in the purchase, product prices do not automatically include installation, site preparation, removal of existing finishes, or other additional work.

Please inspect delivered packages when reasonably possible and promptly report missing, damaged, incorrect, or visibly defective items to support@rareocto.com, preferably with photographs and your order details. Delayed reporting will not automatically remove any rights available under applicable law.

9. Cancellation, Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Order cancellations, returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by the applicable policy published on our website and the information provided before purchase.

If a separate policy applies to a particular product or order, please review it before completing your purchase.

Products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their descriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the remedies available under the circumstances.

Do not use a product contrary to its stated specifications or instructions. Do not assume that a magnetic surface or nano-suction film can support a particular load, withstand every environmental condition, or be reused indefinitely unless the relevant product information expressly states this.

Where specialised installation or professional advice is recommended, customers should follow that recommendation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RareOcto is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable substrates, misuse, unauthorised alterations, neglect, or failure to follow documented instructions. This does not exclude responsibility for product defects or other matters for which the Company remains legally responsible.

11. Warranty and Product Support

Any express product warranty or guarantee will be described in the applicable product documentation, warranty terms, or purchase information.

Warranty coverage, where offered, may depend on the product, purchase date, proof of purchase, intended use, and compliance with applicable installation and maintenance instructions.

Unless expressly stated, these Terms do not create an additional warranty beyond those provided with the product or required by law.
